Be Safe, Play Safe, and Follow the Rules
We want you and your family to have a safe and fun experience while visiting our midway. Please be sure to familiarize yourself with the following safe fun rules.
 

Safe Fun Rules
Remember, the safe fun rules begin before coming to the fair:

• Be sure to wear closed toe shoes
• Avoid wearing any loose clothing
• Walk - Don't run at the fair
• Use caution while entering and exiting all rides
• Check all ride signs to make sure you are tall enough
• Secure all loose articles
• Hold on to all lap bars when riding
• Stay in your seat while riding
• Do not rock seats
• Keep all hands and feet inside the cars while riding
• Stay seated until ride comes to a complete stop
• Wait for ride attendant to open all restraint devices
• Listen to the directions of the ride operators
• Please do not talk to ride operator while ride is in motion

WCA General Guidelines

• We are not responsible for weather, some rides may be closed due to unsafe weather conditions
   
• No refunds or exchanges
   
• Unlimited ride wristbands must be securly attached to the wrist to be valid
   
• Be personally responsible that you are in good health and free of conditions which may be aggrevated by the attractions
   
• Observe the height requirements and specific guidelines posted at each attraction
   
• No casts permitted without a release form from the WCA Guest Relations Office
   
• Children under the age of 2 are not permitted on any of the rides for safety reasons
